Our Managing Director has been working with Sage products since 2001, even after all this time he still enjoys demos and meeting new potential clients so much that he still attends the vast majority. More often than not if you request a demo with Oakley you will get to meet our leader and one of our Business Development Team. We believe this is nothing but a benefit as you get to deal with the top and a commitment to how seriously we take our developing relationship.
Technical Support & Consultants
Our Technical Director has been around the ERP industry and more specifically the Sage 300 product for over 30 years. Our consultants are all knowledgeable in the products and our ratio of consultant to customer enables you to experience a personal service, in which your consultant will more often than not be with you from start to aftercare. A service that is not available with larger ERP partners that may have hundreds of customers split between a handful of consultants.
We ask that you send any support queries through our support email rather than going direct to your consultant as a team can pick these up rather than wait for your consultant that could be on site.
Business Development & Account Management
At Oakley ERP we have a team of Business Development professionals that work with you from the initial call all the way through to helping you with any commercial aspects to your ongoing system. So whether you are looking for additional modules, additional user licenses or have any questions relating to your system from a non-technical and support viewpoint then get in touch.
Marketing are responsible for the monthly customer communications and also put together the content which you can find throughout our news and blog. Typically these articles contain information about additional modules that boost functionality of the Sage systems, tips and tricks to the system, product updates and many more. Our accounts team are always on hand if you have any questions regarding payments and invoicing. We are fortunate enough to work with some exceptional clients that pay us on time for the work we carry out and that is one of the main principles we ask for. We want to help your business succeed but all we ask for in exchange is payment for the work we are carrying out within the agreed timescales.
Our reception team are always friendly and can quickly transfer you to the right department depending on the nature of your enquiry. If you are looking to work with Oakley and implement one of our ERP or CRM solutions you will be transferred to our Business Development Team. If you are after support we do recommend in the first instance sending an email as this goes through to all our support team. Marketing are also contactable either via email or phone.
