Best in Class companies highlight improved customer activity due to integrating a CRM system across the enterprise, according to a report by Aberdeen Group.
A recent report by Aberdeen Group titled, ‘CRM 2013: Generating Value throughout the Enterprise’ highlights a shift in Marketing roles to require a greater depth of Analytics and with it created the need for better resources for monitoring and measuring marketing performance.

The findings of the study confirmed that of the companies that took part in the research 76% of Best in Class companies reported that their typical customer increased their year on year spend. It is worth nothing that 56% of top performing companies were able to demonstrate that 80% of their sales force are active users of CRM using the solution for an average of 3.5 hours per day.
Looking ahead those companies surveyed in the CRM report on average all plan to increase their budgets for sales oriented 360° customer view initiatives over the coming year.
