Sage 200 Add-on of the month – Intercompany Transactions

Need to post nominal, sales & purchase transactions across a number of your companies? Our Sage 200 Add-on of the month Intercompany Transactions is an enhancement designed to simplify the task of transacting between multiple companies.

 

Fully integrated with Sage 200 Intercompany Transactions is installed and will appear as a standard Sage 200 module. It enables you to run an unlimited number of Sage companies, to ensure a comprehensive insight across all of your businesses.

 

You can post nominal journals directly between your Sage 200 companies and process purchase invoices to the purchase ledger, which can be split and allocated accordingly.  Stock transfers can be carried out on demand.

 

Cash Postings enables you to process cash into a Sage cash book and re-allocate across your multiple companies.

 

Foreign Exchange rates between the base currency of the company and the currency of any bank account being used are taken into account by Intercompany Transactions and converted automatically using the existing Sage exchange rates.

 

Nominal codes can be marked as exclude tax and any intercompany transaction can be set as exempt, particularly useful for scenarios such as insurance commissions etc.

 

Nominal Journal Templates can be used for complicated and larger sets of intercompany transactions, by pre-configured sets of accounts with values or percentages to save greatly on processing time. A selected template can be adjusted and amended if necessary before being submitted.
