Key Communications ensures all email is taken care of directly within the Sage 300 ERP environment. Commercial documents can be emailed and handled through the system, meaning that they are accurately logged and copied to document storage for future viewing and if necessary re-sending.
Never worry about losing that email documentation again and feel confident of reducing the need for duplication, double handling and the time consuming manual copying and storing.
Key Communications makes use of an Emailer screen to send the standard AR, AP and OE documents in a simple method. A document register is maintained so only new documents are selected for delivery. Various Emailer screens will resolve which documents should be emailed or printed for distribution to the selected recipients.
