Sage 200 Add-on of the month – Purchase Requisitions
Monday March 17, 2014

Do you have too many users needing to create purchase requisitions in your accounts software? With the Purchase Requisitions add on module for Sage 200 you can have multiple users create purchase requisitions without the need for each user to have a unique Sage 200 user license.

Purchase Requisitions is our featured Sage 200 Add-on of the month for March and is available fully integrated with the Sage 200 Suite.

Features of Sage 200 Purchase Requisitions

The solution links directly to Sage 200 to upload product lists, supplier information, warehouses, VAT rates, nominal codes and many more criteria to the requisitions system.

Purchase requisitions can be posted straight into the Sage 200 Suite following approval from an authorised user. The detailed authorisation rules allow for an office hierarchical system of co-signing requisitions before anything is posted to your accounts system. In the setup you can assign users to a department and set permissions accordingly.

Extensive administration options within the add-on module allow for the system to be further configured and setup to suit the needs of the user.

Users gain the ability to add stock items, additional charges and apply comment lines to a single purchase requisition.

Authorisers in the system can be set up to receive email alerts for purchase requisitions and have the ability to edit and remove requisitions.

Sage 200 Purchase Requisitions is extremely useful to businesses that are looking to save time on processing, save money by reducing requirement to purchase additional Sage user licenses and to gain easy access to the data from remote locations.

The solution is built with the look and feel of Sage 200 and typically requires minimal training.
