Monday July 20, 2015

Introduction to the Tour de France 2015

Running from Saturday July 4th to Sunday July 26th 2015, the 102th Tour de France will be made up of 21 stages and will cover a total distance of 3,360 kilometres. These stages have the following profiles; 9 flat stages, 3 hilly stages, 7 mountain stages including 5 summit finishes, 1 individual time trial, 1 team time trial and 2 rest days. In the pack of 198 riders, there are many different objectives, depending on the temperament, qualities and missions of each rider.

Throughout the race, cyclists will have to stay on their game even when they are struggling due to fatigue/stress and other factors such as climate & conditions on the day. Although this isn’t on topic of ERP solutions, we can incorporate what the riders endure and relate that to the financial struggle and frustrations that business owners have without Sage ERP solutions.

A big factor for riders will be fatigue or stress; stress will definitely be a consideration for businesses as they might not have an ERP solution and are struggling to keep everything in balance within the company.

Is it time to break away from the pack with an ERP solution?

Having an ERP solution will manage all aspect of your business from front to back office. Enterprise manages all the aspects that a business consists of; Resources is everything it takes to run the business; Planning refers to having the right tools to make the right decisions.
