Our initial conversation with you will consist of a number of in depth questions to determine your business processes and whether this is the right solution for you. Once we have confirmed that Sage 300 is the product for your business we will schedule an overview demonstration of the Sage 300 system. Questions such as how many users will you have? Do you operate out of multiple international offices? Do you need a Sage CRM system? Do you handle stock? Etc. These help form variables that can impact on the overall Sage 300 Price.
After we have an understanding of your initial Sage 300 requirements, we can provide an average Sage 300 Price setup over the phone. However at this stage it is just an estimate 'only' as your business requirements need to be fully mapped out with a Customer Requirements Analysis (CRA) to provide the final Sage 300 Price.
Sage 300 Price – Hosted or On Premise
Sage 300 is available with a range of deployment options to suit your business requirements. You can purchase Sage 300 via a traditional on-premise implementation, or we can host the system on our Private Cloud. In terms of Sage 300 Price there are a number of flexible options available to you, firstly, a one off upfront investment for the software or a finance agreement, duration to be discussed. We generally find the most popular option to be hosted on our Private Cloud with an outright upfront software purchase, but the choice is entirely yours.
